Partying to the Midnight Sun

Fairbanks, our last night with mom. At 12:15 am we grabbed a rental car and hopped over to The Blue Loon for a  bluegrass festival.

...and we even had the Birthday Girl home by 3am.

Sometime after midnight on the way to Seward, scenery from the ship's balcony. These were some of the most rounded shapes we encountered.
